Hacking Decision Making

Preface:
This subject has to be treated with a top priority.
Think about it and analyze that :
Life on Earth is threatened by our conservatism and
fake evolution.
Our general abuse of : Engines (even copper-based for
electric vehicles), Electricity, Rockets, 3D-Printers (which
have a great potential), Chipsets, HARDWARE in general !
...Crypto-Currencies, HTTPS or Encryption everywhere,
are not the solutions to save us, they kill us
and the PLANET by consuming more electricity.

1/ Internet has to be distributed over the entire planet
(almost there! StarLink is not the only project about that)
BUT free access is mandatory to enable
more participation on the creation, modification, elimination
of IDEAS on this organization system...

2/ One connected computer per city or village should
be enough. I'm not saying we should destroy data-centers
or anything in place. I'm even adding : this machines should
answer to XML requests about IDEAS.
The method to power it will depend on context.
The method to connect it to Internet should be fast
and resiliant to heavy meteor showers and any
Natural disaster + Nuclear bombs => Radio or wireless
if you prefer this word ! (optic fiber is too fragile if
I'm not wrong). I'm thinking about a "pan-tilt" satellite
antenna,
covered by a very strong glass dome... would it work ? Yes.
This computer has to resist physically to the same
conditions than said above, so I'm thinking about a
block of concrete with access for maintenance. But,
this access should be like a bank vault door.
/!\ Storage should allow every citizen to navigate in
the IDEAS database and interact with it. A screen and
a Kinect-like sensor should be ok.

3/ Voting for IDEAS should be chosen over voting for
people. (Even choosing a person randomly does not work)

4/ Each agreed IDEA should be applied or taken for True.
(adding a voting system, on arguments, to wikidebates.org
should be enough if well designed).

5/ HTTPS and any encryption is useless in times of
total peace. => broadcasts should be as clear and easy
to understand as possible. (XML is even better than HTML.).
